This service is for our renters only.

We provide this additional option to enhance your stay with Suites Waikiki.
The DVDs are from our private collection only. We do not want to profit from loaning our DVDs to you, but for our extra time and effort we charge a small administration fee of $1 per DVD.
The entire process is intended to be very informal, after all, you are here on vacation.

So here are the conditions:

1. For each batch of 10 DVDs loaned, we request a $100 security deposit in advance.
2. $90 will be returned to you if we receive the DVDs back in undamaged condition. (please treat the DVDs with care).
    $10 will be our administration fee (this is $1 per CD) per batch.
3. The replacement value, listed next to the DVD, will be charged, if the DVD is not returned or is damaged.
4. All DVDs must be returned by the time of moving out of our apartments.
5. Access damage or loss, not covered by the $100 security deposit will be deducted from your general security deposit for the Suite Rental.
6. Upon request, we can exchange one batch of loaned DVDs against another batch (a new $10 administration fee applies).
7. Some of our DVDs might be loaned to someone already. You may substitute your selection. We can not guarantee that any DVD is available for your viewing.
8. We are not responsible for the content of any loaned DVD. Viewing is at your discretion.
9. All DVDs are provided in sleeves, not in their original casing. Bare DVD only, no "art work".
10. By requesting to loan any of our DVDs you agree to the above terms. Enjoy and have fun!
